• NEooWS needs you to provide complete, truthful and accurate information for registration. NEooWS verifies the email address you submit while registration and you will receive your account information via email. You will have to activate your account before you can login using that account and access any personalization features.
• You should be 13 years of age or older to register and use NEooWS.
• You acknowledge and hereby agree that the activity conducted under your user name and password, is being conducted by you and you will contact NEooWS and let us know of any unauthorized use of your account. Also you agree that you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Content Submitted

• You agree that you will not be compensated or paid for content you submit to NEooWS including feeds, story voting, and comments.
• NEooWS.com assumes no responsibility for monitoring the NEooWS Services for inappropriate Content or Conduct. You acknowledge that all posts made on NEooWS.com by you, like, comments on stories, tagging a story, etc. express your views and opinions and hence NEooWS.com will not be held liable. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you be immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that NEooWS have the right to remove content at any time should they see fit.
• All the feeds submitted and or subscribed by you are solely of your interest; NEooWS.com may provide you suggestions for the feeds to subscribe but is not responsible for content and accuracy of content of the feed. Every feed you submit to NEooWS is made public and is visible to every user both visitors and members, therefore you acknowledge and hereby agree that you will not submit feeds with pornographic and sexually explicit content. NEooWS.com keeps track of feeds submitted by every user and your account will be immediately and permanently terminated if we notice such activities.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NEooWS.com, its founders, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the NEooWS.com Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your user submissions (Content Submission) caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the NEooWS.com Website.
